DELIVERY
Delivery costs are free of charge (1) .Likewise, we do not charge shipping costs when it is a return.
Remember that, to exchange a product for another, you must first process the return of the first one and place a new order on Fluchos.com
Orders are processed until 12:00 noon. Orders placed after this time will be shipped one day late. Once the order has been processed the delivery time is 2 to 7(2) working days depending on the country of destination.
On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays there is no pick-up or delivery service, which will have to be taken into account when calculating delivery dates.
(1) If you choose the express delivery option, there will be a cost of 5€.
(2) Outside special periods, sales and promotions.
